Clinical Consultant (Central U.S.) - Remote

Overview

The Clinical Consultant is responsible for maintaining customer relationships, providing high levels of service, and serving as a clinical expert for BD Infusion products.

In Short

• Responsible for customer relationship management in assigned accounts.
• Acts as an IV therapy clinical expert.
• Supports product implementation and customer education.
• Facilitates discussions on clinical issues and solutions.
• Collaborates with hospital clinicians and EMR vendors.
• Provides follow-up for customer satisfaction and problem solving.
• Requires travel ranging from 75% to 100%.
• Home-based position with flexible hours.
• Must maintain a valid nursing license and have acute care experience.
• Must lift a minimum of 40 lbs and meet immunization requirements.

Requirements

• Nursing Degree required.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Current active nursing license.
• Acute care hospital experience required.
• Pediatric, NICU, and Oncology experience preferred.
• Knowledge of BD business is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in matrixed environments.
• Effective communication skills at all levels.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
