Overview

The Data Analyst/Tester Analyst will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high quality data solutions, including understanding Management Information and Business Intelligence needs.

In Short

  • Hold requirements meetings to elicit requirements.
  • Create necessary documentation to support development.
  • Understand, interpret and translate data.
  • Liaise with representatives to ensure solutions are fit for purpose.
  • Act as a Change Lead and distribute communications.
  • Investigate support issues and liaise for resolution.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Coach and mentor new employees.
  • Support testing throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Flexible approach required, with out of hours work expected.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience.
  • Strong understanding of data usage within the organization.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Cooperative and collaborative with others.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively.
  • Competent in IT and Microsoft packages.
  • Organized and proactive self-starter.
