Overview

The Apprentice Operations & Support Services Coordinator will work alongside the rest of the Operations team to support the smooth delivery of key functions across the Professional Education team.

In Short

  • Support workbook/study guide orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist with invoicing processes and prepare invoices.
  • Coordinate workshops and manage related queries.
  • Compile and analyze data reports as required.
  • Manage the Operations/Support inbox and respond to queries.
  • Support onboarding of apprentices and collaborate with the Client Success team.
  • Promote Davies Professional Education at events.
  • Maintain data according to policies and procedures.
  • Comply with health and safety processes.
  • Support other internal teams as needed.

Requirements

  • Understanding of vocational qualifications including Apprenticeships.
  • Experience of working in a team and independently.
  • Self-motivated with strong initiative.
  • Good analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to analyze data and create reports using Excel.
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
