Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar admission.
• 3+ years of litigation experience in insurance defense.
• Proficiency in insurance law and related regulatory frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional litigation skills including witness preparation.
• Experience in negotiating settlements.
• Ability to assess and mitigate legal risks.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
