• Seeking an experienced Senior Associate for New York litigation practice.
• Manage litigation files from inception through resolution.
• Handle complex matters including motor vehicle accidents and premises liability.
• Mentor junior associates and collaborate with partners.
• Draft and review legal documents with attention to detail.
• Maintain strong communication with clients.
• Track billable hours and ensure proper invoicing.
• Must be currently barred in New York.
• 5-8 years of litigation experience required.
• Remote position but must live near New York courts.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of five to eight years of experience in litigation.
• Experience in insurance defense is essential.
• Ability to handle high-volume caseloads independently.
• Experience with mediation, arbitration, and trial.
• Proficient in drafting legal documents accurately.
• Experience in training or supervising junior attorneys.
