Requirements

• JD from an ABA accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in California.
• 3-8 years of defense litigation experience.
• 1+ years of coverage litigation experience.
• Experience drafting coverage opinions.
• Experience in third-party or first-party claims.
• Coverage analysis and writing experience.
• Experience drafting discovery and pretrial motions.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Trial experience is a plus.
