In Short

• Manage a litigation caseload from beginning to end.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and partners.
• Engage in trial preparation, investigation, court appearances, mediations, and depositions.
• Communicate with clients and provide reports.
• Requires 8+ years of defense litigation experience.
• Experience in personal injury, general liability, and catastrophic injury preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Client-facing experience preferred.
• Legal project management experience is helpful.
• First chair trial experience is a plus.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in Nevada.
• 8+ years of defense litigation experience.
• Ability to integrate into a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
