Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 10+ years of experience in accounting-related litigation.
• Experience with SEC, PCAOB, and AICPA matters.
• Portable book of business preferred.
• Ability to manage complex litigation.
