In Short

• Employ statistical techniques to scrutinize data and produce actionable insights into our products for cross-functional teams.
• Create automation for daily and repetitive analytical tasks.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and determine the right methodology for analysis.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to support decision-making across the digital operations team.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and methodologies.
• Partner with data and BI teams to assist in the creation of consistent and reproducible data insights.

Requirements

• Proficient in using statistical analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.
• Expertise in data cleaning, preprocessing, and manipulation of large datasets.
• Strong understanding of statistical probability distributions and sampling methods.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill technical information.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
