Senior Director, Sales Operations - Remote

Overview

The Senior Director, Sales Operations will oversee global Sales Operations, leading a skilled team and collaborating with the Sales Team to achieve operational excellence.

• Lead the Sales Operations team and collaborate with Sales leaders.
• Drive cross-functional process improvement and visibility of performance.
• Oversee internal sales forecasting and facilitate leadership meetings.
• Conduct data-driven analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Work with RevTech and Enablement teams on technology stack optimization.
• Manage annual planning processes including bookings targets and compensation plans.
• Develop and mentor SalesOps specialists.
• Ensure team resources focus on priority projects.
• Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams for alignment.
• Promote a culture of allyship and diversity within the team.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in Operations roles, ideally in Enterprise SaaS.
• Strong understanding of Sales support tools, especially Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Excel and presentation platforms.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to motivate others.
