Office Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a proactive Office Manager in Paris who will be part of the DataDome People team, dedicated to maintaining and developing a Culture of Excellence.

In Short

• Develop and implement initiatives for employee well-being and engagement.
• Organize offsite events and team-building activities.
• Ensure a pleasant office environment in Paris, Singapore, and New York.
• Oversee facility management and compliance with health regulations.
• Manage the office budget and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
• Support onboarding processes and employee engagement initiatives.
• Foster strong communication between global offices.
• Handle supplier contracts and maintain vendor relationships.
• Continuously assess and improve supplier agreements.
• Act as the go-to person for resolving office-related issues.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an Office Manager or equivalent.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-growing environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills based on confidentiality and trust.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Creative, organized, and data-driven mindset.
• Autonomous with a strong sense of ownership.
