We are looking for a proactive Office Manager in Paris who will be part of the DataDome People team, dedicated to maintaining and developing a Culture of Excellence.

Develop and implement initiatives for employee well-being and engagement.
Organize offsite events and team-building activities.
Ensure a pleasant office environment in Paris, Singapore, and New York.
Oversee facility management and compliance with health regulations.
Manage the office budget and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
Support onboarding processes and employee engagement initiatives.
Foster strong communication between global offices.
Handle supplier contracts and maintain vendor relationships.
Continuously assess and improve supplier agreements.
Act as the go-to person for resolving office-related issues.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience as an Office Manager or equivalent.
Ability to adapt to a fast-growing environment.
Strong relationship-building skills based on confidentiality and trust.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in French and English.
Creative, organized, and data-driven mindset.
Autonomous with a strong sense of ownership.
