This role is highly strategic and plays a critical role in the company’s growth. You will be part of the Growth Team, made of 5 people in charge of Acquisition, Marketing Ops, Website and Campaigns, generating about 80% of the company’s new revenue.

Own & Develop the global paid acquisition strategy focusing on efficiency and ROI.
Manage and scale multi-channel paid campaigns across various platforms.
Optimize a multi-million dollar budget for maximum ROI.
Collaborate with content and design teams for ad creatives and messaging.
Define, track, and report on key paid acquisition KPIs.
Work cross-functionally with sales and product marketing teams.
Requirements
5+ years in paid acquisition or performance marketing for B2B SaaS.
Strong expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights.
Excellent internal communication skills for collaboration.
Creative mindset for campaign strategies and ad creatives.
Experience with AI-powered marketing tools.
Fluent in English; French is a plus.
