Partner Acquisition Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Partner Acquisition Manager (all genders) to help scale Europe’s leading sports and wellness platform. The Urban Sports Partner Management team is on a mission to build and maintain the best and most diverse sport and wellness offering for their customer base. This entails finding and acquiring quality sports and wellness providers in urban cities, but also developing rural areas according to companies' needs to become the leader for corporate wellness in Germany.

In Short

• Own the entire acquiring process from first contact to onboarding.
• Develop the partner network in cities and rural areas.
• Keep CRM updated with all partner communication.
• Monitor and develop the Acquisition Process.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new partners.
• Manage contract expansion talks and maintain long-term partnerships.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in new business sales (outbound and cold calling).
• Confident communication in German (min. C1 language level).
• Desire to learn and improve continuously.
• Balanced relationship-building skills with data-driven decision making.
• Team-oriented mindset with no competitive mindset.
