Join our Solutions & Services team at data.world, where you will play a critical role in supporting our Partnerships team by bridging technical expertise and strategic business insights. In this role, you will enhance the capabilities of our channel partners, equipping them with the tools and knowledge needed to excel in deploying data governance, AI, and data cataloging solutions. Your efforts will be pivotal in enabling partners to fully leverage the transformative power of the data.world platform.

In Short

• Support partners from a technical and solutioning perspective in their opportunity discovery and data.world-related service delivery.
• Develop comprehensive training and certification programs tailored specifically for channel partners.
• Create detailed, engaging training materials, guides, and e-learning modules.
• Represent our company at large conventions and partner events.
• Work closely with partner marketing to ensure proper technical feedback is provided.
• Maintain regular interaction with partners to assess their ongoing training needs.
• Develop and refine metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Be prepared to travel up to 40% within the US for hands-on training sessions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years in technical roles or customer-facing consulting positions.
• Strong technical knowledge of data catalogs and data governance processes.
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex data concepts.
• Proven experience in developing structured training programs.
• Robust project management skills.
• Experience with LLMs, AI, and their applications in data management.
