Overview

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for receipt of new cases and ensuring proper system drafting and setup. The CSR also is responsible for taking direction and facilitating the case assignment/scheduling process.

In Short

  • Intake new cases and verify information.
  • Draft cases by entering information into the Dane Street system.
  • Sort and organize medical documents as required.
  • Assign and schedule cases to physicians based on various criteria.
  • Monitor and track cases to meet deadlines.
  • Update clients on the status of cases in progress.
  • Ensure proper documentation is provided to clients.
  • Handle special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
