Overview

The Physician Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the physician panel, onboarding new physicians, and ensuring that contract processing is completed efficiently and accurately.

In Short

  • Coordinate the credentialing and contracting process for physicians.
  • Maintain and update physician profiles and documentation.
  • Onboard new physicians based on client needs.
  • Negotiate costs and contract terms within established guidelines.
  • Use Salesforce for maintaining provider records.
  • Submit and track DocuSign documents for agreements.
  • Provide training materials to new providers.
  • Assist physician reviewers with inquiries.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with credentialing and contract management.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
