In Short

• Own the administration and optimization of People systems (UKG, Ashby, Lattice, TeamOhana).
• Serve as the technical expert across HRIS modules including Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Security, and Reporting.
• Partner with People, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Drive automation and process improvements that reduce manual work and improve the employee experience.
• Expand and enhance self-service capabilities for employees and managers.
• Lead system integrations, workflows, and configuration updates.
• Manage, coach, and mentor a team of HRIS professionals.

Requirements

• Deep experience managing and optimizing HR systems, specifically UKG Pro and WFM.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, from hire to retire.
• Tech-savvy and analytical with a love for turning data into insights.
• Experience with tools like Ashby, Deel, Lattice, or similar platforms.
• Collaborative partner who communicates clearly.
• Self-starter who’s curious and solutions-focused.
