Overview

The People Administration & Services team is looking for a tech-savvy colleague to manage HR systems and ensure seamless functionality and user support.

• Manage HR systems for smooth operation and data integrity.
• Provide first-level support for HR systems, handling permissions and troubleshooting.
• Act as a liaison between HR Systems and People Administration teams.

• Assist with system-related projects and optimizations.

Requirements

• Background in IT, HR systems, or HR administration.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday.
• Analytical and detail-oriented problem-solver.
• Effective communication with HR teams and IT counterparts.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple system-related tasks.
• Excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus.
