In Short

• Manage innovation within the manufacturing design team by challenging the technical team to implement new processes while maintaining timely readiness for mass production.
• Build consensus by engaging with a talented engineering team, the executive leadership team, and an international supply chain.
• Work with go-to-market teams to strategize and launch these products.
• Create process development schedules indicating critical path and key decision milestones.
• Facilitate communication and cross functional alignment within the Manufacturing Design organization and with other Dandy teams.
• Drive suppliers, integrate their deliverables and schedules into the overall project.
• Utilize a multi-functional team of engineers to meet overall program objectives.
• Drive issue resolution and risk management in order to meet timeline.
• Work with Advance Manufacturing team to define and establish supply chain requirements utilizing selected equipment and manufacturing suppliers.
• Use data to drive process decisions, basic data analysis, DOEs, SPC, etc. Identify, research, develop, and qualify premier equipment manufacturers and suppliers.

Requirements

• B.S/M.S in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Metallurgy; or equivalent experience and evidence of exceptional ability.
• 4+ years of program management experience with accomplishments in concept to market product and process development.
• Ability to lead concept, design and proof of concept work with minimal supervision and guidance.
• Experienced working with multidisciplinary groups, driving schedule and tasks.
• Experience bringing new products to market using design controls: Proto, EVT, DVT & PVT.
• Experience with dental products (preferred).
