Manager, Manufacturing Design Engineering - Remote

Overview

Samsara is seeking a manager for the Manufacturing Design Engineering group to drive excellence at our manufacturing facilities. This role involves working closely with hardware engineering and operations to develop and launch hardware products.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in high volume electronics industry.
• 3+ years managing teams.
• Degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Technical background in manufacturing process engineering.
• Experience with FMEA and RCCA.
• Proficiency in CAD and test engineering.
• Six Sigma certification or statistical analysis proficiency.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
