In Short

• Serve as a reliable point of contact for employees and managers, providing timely, accurate, and professional HR support.
• Develop expertise in Dandy policies and practices to provide high-quality guidance on employee relations matters.
• Ensure consistent application of HR practices across the organization while maintaining compliance.
• Maintain HR systems and ensure accuracy of employee data and compliance.
• Assist with HR reporting, metrics, and compliance audits.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management and culture initiatives.
• Partner with HRBPs, leaders, and cross-functional departments to build scalable HR processes.
• Build trusted relationships with managers and leaders.

Requirements

• 2-5 years experience as an HR Admin, HR Generalist, or similar position.
• Ability to build rapport and serve as a trusted partner to leadership and employees.
• Experience in implementing and enforcing HR policies and processes.
• Experience in managing HR investigations and leading Employee Relations actions.
• Thorough knowledge of relevant legal/compliance regulations (ADA, FMLA, EEO, etc).
• Proficiency in GSuite and HR software programs.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
