In Short

• Lead the strategy and development of design systems for dental products.
• Define and execute the product vision aligned with company priorities.
• Collaborate with CAD, ML, and engineering teams for tool development.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management, managing software products.
• 5+ years in leadership roles driving product strategies.
• Experience with 3D and/or CAD design systems.
• High bias-to-action with quick decision-making.
• Ability to drive alignment across stakeholders.
• Technical competence to discuss APIs with engineers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management skills with prioritization ability.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for data analysis.
• Proven ability to think strategically and develop roadmaps.
