In Short

• Develop and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term demand forecasts based on historical sales data.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.
• Use statistical forecasting models and analytics tools to improve forecast accuracy.
• Identify patterns and drivers of demand variability.
• Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
• Track forecast accuracy and adjust models based on performance metrics.
• Prepare demand scenarios for capacity planning.
• Help integrate forecasting data into production schedules.
• Communicate forecast changes to stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in demand forecasting.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficient in Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
• Understanding of supply chain principles and capacity planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
