• Develop insights to drive revenue and improve customer experience.
• Define data language to ensure team understanding of key metrics.
• Facilitate decision making through effective BI and data democratization.
• Design and execute A/B tests to enhance product offerings.
• Utilize data analysis to solve business problems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in revenue and customer analytics, preferably B2B.
• BA/BS in a quantitative field or behavioral science with statistics skills.
• Excellent SQL and Python skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to drive change.
• Autonomy and ownership in work.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
