Overview

As a Data Analyst at Connexus Credit Union, you will be responsible for building and maintaining KPIs, dashboards, and reports while providing actionable insights to drive strategic decisions.

• Independently build and maintain KPIs and dashboards.
• Gather and prepare complex datasets from diverse sources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and Business Intelligence.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and Python.
• Experience with centralized data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake).
• Strong understanding of statistics and advanced analytics techniques.
• Experience with Power BI for dashboard creation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Experience in change management processes.
• Ability to document standards and findings.
