Overview

The Portfolio Analyst role at Connexus Credit Union focuses on driving analytics and insights that influence lending strategy, portfolio performance, and risk governance.

In Short

• Analyze delinquency and loss trends across lending portfolios.
• Monitor portfolio performance against risk appetite and forecasts.
• Identify emerging risk trends and escalate as necessary.
• Develop and maintain risk dashboards and performance reports.
• Translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Conduct forecasting and scenario analysis for loan portfolios.
• Ensure reporting accuracy and data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuity in reporting.
• Support audits and compliance with risk management regulations.
• Assist in maintaining risk management policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in credit risk or financial services analytics.
• Prior experience in consumer loan underwriting or processing.
• Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar BI tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
