Overview

The Field Account Manager will be responsible for cross-selling and up-selling services to businesses, primarily through face-to-face meetings, while ensuring exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

In Short

  • Salary: OTE 50,000 (Including 30k basic) plus company car/£5,000 Car Allowance.
  • Field-based role with a typical week of 1 day in the office/home and 4 days out on customer visits.
  • Proactively assist customers with digital transformation projects.
  • Build strong relationships and create mutual account development plans.
  • Meet monthly revenue and product penetration targets.
  • Utilize support departments to enhance customer service.
  • Maintain updated records of customer interactions.
  • Collect Key Decision Maker contacts.
  • Work towards set targets, KPI’s, goals, and objectives.

Requirements

  • Recent Sales or Account Management experience.
  • Target & KPI driven.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to develop trusting relationships.
  • Self-motivated and resilient.
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage workload effectively.
