Ad Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

The Ad Operations Manager will ensure the flawless delivery and performance of both Direct and Programmatic advertising campaigns at Dailymotion, acting as a technical expert and media trader.

In Short

• Serve as technical pre-sales support, including trafficking and debugging creative issues.
• Manage campaign delivery and optimization across DSPs and SSPs.
• Monitor pacing, capping, and campaign health to ensure goals are met.
• Launch and optimize campaigns across CTV, OLV, and Display channels.
• Set up programmatic deals across various SSPs.
• Generate campaign performance reports for Sales and Finance.
• Participate in strategic inventory initiatives.
• Provide feedback on best practices and participate in product testing.
• Attend meetings for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with DSPs like The Trade Desk and DV360.
• In-depth understanding of the programmatic ecosystem.
• Proven experience with PMP and PG deals across SSPs.
• Advanced level of English.
