Overview

As part of its strategic platform evolution, Dailymotion is strengthening its Core Platform team with a Staff Engineer - Technical Lead role. You will lead the technical strategy and execution for internal tools migration and legacy system transition, playing a critical role in our transformation from monolithic to cloud-native microservices architecture.

Requirements

• Extensive backend engineering experience with Python and PHP.
• Experience in technical leadership roles.
• Proven experience in large-scale system migration.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture.
• Strong expertise in API design patterns and RESTful services.
• Experience with authentication/authorization systems.
• Strong system architecture and decision-making capabilities.
