In Short

• Assist in coordinating tailor-made events.
• Participate in bookings (venues, hotels, flights, etc.).
• Help build and maintain timelines and roadmaps.
• Contribute to event cost estimates and forecasts.
• Support vendor onboarding and PO creation.
• Ensure clear, timely communications with stakeholders.
• Align with Legal and Compliance on hospitality guidelines.
• Help produce post-event reports and maintain supplier databases.
• Proactive and eager to learn with strong problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in French and English, with additional languages appreciated.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Prior experience via internship or apprenticeship in event coordination, marketing, or communication preferred.
• Outstanding organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
• Structured problem-solver with a practical approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills and results-oriented mindset.
