D.A. Davidson Companies is seeking an IT CRM Support Engineer to manage and maintain the application, support model, coordinate with vendors and development resources, and administer Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience with CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of CRM data models and workflows.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in IT project management and agile frameworks.
• Ability to travel when necessary.
• Highly self-motivated and self-directed.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
