Overview

DaBrian Marketing is seeking a driven and results-oriented Lead Generation and Appointment Setter to support our business development efforts by generating qualified leads and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

In Short

  • Book qualified sales appointments via Apollo.io, HubSpot, and Google Voice.
  • Make cold and warm sales calls to potential clients.
  • Identify, research, and qualify new leads using LinkedIn and SEMRush Lead Finder.
  • Ensure accurate client details are captured for the sales/marketing team.
  • Maintain and update prospect and client data on Apollo.io and HubSpot.
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs.
  • Deliver professional communication across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct outreach to the US market with an understanding of regional nuances.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales or appointment setting.
  • Experience in SAAS or Digital Marketing environments.
  • Ability to sell or promote SEO and Digital Marketing solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Apollo.io, and HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn lead generation is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and organized.

Benefits

  • Commission: 5% of closed deals based on meeting quota.
  • PTO: 7 days annually.
  • Availability: 8 AM – 5 PM EST/EDT.
