In Short

• Become a hands-on expert in the Brightspace platform.
• Support the sales process by becoming an expert in D2L products and services.
• Prepare and present persuasive product demonstrations.
• Conduct needs analysis sessions with prospects.
• Provide feedback to product management teams.
• Create technical documentation as required.
• Engage internal SMEs into sales opportunities.
• Attend sales presentations and conferences (travel 25-50%).
• Engage in proposal writing to meet client requirements.
• Work remotely in a professional manner.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience as a Brightspace user.
• Experience in a higher education institution in an edtech role is advantageous.
• Comfort with other learning management systems.
• Deep interest in education and educational technology.
• Comfortable presenting complex concepts to various stakeholders.
• Highly engaging in person and virtually.
• Excellent writing and comprehension skills.
• Experience meeting multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment.
