Overview

The Data Privacy Manager will oversee the implementation of the data privacy program for the Biotechnology Group, ensuring compliance with global data privacy laws and enhancing privacy processes.

In Short

• Manage a global privacy program within the Biotechnology Group.
• Drive privacy assessments of new solutions and vendors.
• Continuously improve data privacy processes for accuracy and user-friendliness.
• Prepare quarterly remediation plans for privacy compliance.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for data privacy inquiries.
• Partner with sales and marketing functions for compliance support.
• Assess risk profiles regarding compliance with data privacy laws.
• Investigate and resolve privacy compliance issues and incidents.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address data breaches and misuse.
• Work with the Global Data Privacy Leader on program implementation.

Requirements

• Law graduate (Master of Laws) from a leading university.
• Post-grad education or privacy certifications are a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience in multinational privacy or tech law.
• Experience in privacy within a healthcare/pharma company is preferred.
• Expertise in EU GDPR and other privacy laws.
• Fluent in English (C1-C2).
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn new IT tools quickly.
