The Senior Manager, Data Science & Machine Learning at Cytiva is responsible for leading a team of AI/ML professionals to drive projects that enhance business outcomes in life sciences, diagnostics, and biotechnology.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML technologies.
• Experience with Python, R, AWS, Azure, and MLOps.
• Good knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, AI Act).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• People leader mindset.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
