Overview

The Data Protection and Privacy Manager will lead global data compliance initiatives and safeguard customer data rights, embedding a culture of data protection and privacy across The Adaptavist Group.

In Short

• Champion Privacy Compliance by establishing a global privacy governance framework.
• Conduct Privacy and Data Protection Impact Assessments (PIAs and DPIAs).
• Lead the data breach response process.
• Communicate with customers on data-related matters.
• Develop and deliver training sessions on data privacy.
• Assess privacy risks and implement strategic solutions.
• Handle requests for data access, deletion, and portability.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and global privacy frameworks.
• Proven track record in a data protection or compliance role.
• Expertise in developing data privacy policies and managing data breaches.
