Data Privacy/Data Protection Lawyer - Remote

Overview

We are currently seeking a Data Privacy/Data Protection Lawyer to work with various Axiom clients across all industries.

In Short

• Provide in-house legal advice on privacy, data-sharing, and EU AI Act compliance.
• Draft, negotiate, and review commercial agreements focusing on information law clauses.
• Draft and advise on data protection-related documentation.
• Provide guidance on compliance reporting and data tracking requirements.
• Oversee revisions to internal codes of conduct for adherence to privacy laws.
• Good academic credentials and post-qualification experience (2-8PQE preferred).
• In-house legal experience or strong law firm experience supporting large corporations.
• Strong commercial understanding and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Right to work in the UK and eligible to practice as a lawyer in the UK.
