Privacy Lawyer - Remote

Overview

Axiom is seeking experienced Privacy Lawyers to partner with our F100 to F500 clients across diverse industries. You'll deliver expert legal advice on privacy compliance, update policies, and draft agreements in line with global standards.

In Short

• Provide legal advice regarding privacy compliance requirements.
• Review, draft, and update privacy policies.
• Negotiate and draft master services agreements.
• Collaborate with and advise business clients directly.
• Support the development of guidelines and training for privacy compliance.
• 3+ years of experience in privacy law.
• Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
• In-depth knowledge of GDPR, PIPEDA, and other privacy statutes.
• Experience providing regulatory and policy advice.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience with exceptional academic and law firm credentials.
• A member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
• Substantive data protection and data privacy experience.
• Experience providing regulatory and policy advice in data protection.
