As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and managing the customer service function to ensure seamless adoption and support for our healthcare partners.

In Short

  • Lead the customer service function for Cyted’s diagnostics.
  • Manage relationships with healthcare providers and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement customer onboarding and training processes.
  • Monitor account health and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians and operational staff.
  • Design processes for efficient service delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for healthcare customers.
  • Drive continuous improvement in customer service operations.
  • Work remotely with flexibility in hours.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Experience in managing healthcare or diagnostics partnerships.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
  • Understanding of operational workflows and customer service processes.
  • Proactive, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Business.
  • Ability to analyze customer performance data.
  • Motivation to improve healthcare outcomes.
