Cyderes is a cybersecurity services provider seeking to hire a Finance Associate to join their finance team, focusing on order processing and revenue management in North America.

In Short

• Review and process orders through Salesforce into NetSuite ERP.
• Prepare and submit customer invoices promptly.
• Process accounts payable invoices accurately and timely.
• Maintain the accounts payable shared folder for bill sorting.
• Ensure completeness of billing schedules and invoices monthly.
• Prepare billable travel invoices and reconcile accounts.
• Assist in commission report preparation for the sales team.
• Support data validation and month-end close processes.
• Assist with audit processes and provide support during audits.
• Willingness to work overtime during financial close periods.

Requirements

• Willingness to work in EST time zone.
• At least 2 years of full-cycle accounts payable and receivable experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce/accounting.
• Good experience in order processing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in shared services for an MNC.
• Ability to manage high transaction volumes under pressure.
