Overview

The IAM Principal Consultant at Cyderes is responsible for implementing technical deployments of IAM solutions, leading a team of consultants, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients.

In Short

• Lead the technical delivery of IAM implementation projects.
• Act as a product and domain expert in Identity & Access Management.
• Create technical IAM architectures and documentation.
• Engage in pre-sales activities and develop client-focused proposals.
• Mentor and coach junior staff.
• Maintain strong customer relationships with technical stakeholders.
• Work closely with project managers to prioritize technical requirements.
• Identify and assess new customer opportunities.
• Share best practices to enhance IAM center of excellence.
• Travel up to 50% annually.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in consulting and IAM.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Experience in leading large IAM implementations.
• Strong coding skills relevant to SailPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• SailPoint ISC Professional certification is required.
• Experience with web technologies and databases.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Preferred certifications include SailPoint Architect and CISSP.
