Workstream Lead - Remote

Overview

The Workstream Lead is responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of a designated workstream within the IRPD program. This role ensures alignment with customer goals, timely delivery of objectives, and effective collaboration across delivery teams.

• Act as the primary point of contact for the workstream.

• Develop and maintain detailed workstream plans and timelines.

• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Conduct reviews and retrospectives for improvement.
• Prepare and present status reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in business operations or program support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in a federal environment preferred.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
