Workday PSA Lead - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Workday PSA Lead to join a high-impact implementation team delivering Workday Financials and PSA solutions to a global client. This is a senior-level consulting role where you'll lead solution design, manage delivery, and provide strategic guidance to both clients and internal teams.

In Short

• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Workday PSA solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and managing expectations
• Mentor team members and contribute to capability building across delivery teams
• Participate in business development and pre-sales activities, including effort estimation
• Support internal operations such as resource planning and SLA adherence
• Contribute to thought leadership through content creation or speaking engagements
• Ensure high-quality project delivery aligned with commercial goals
• Set performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and support individual career growth
• Oversee resource allocation, utilization, and contribute to recruitment and team scaling initiatives
• Travel as needed based on client requirements

Requirements

• Proven expertise in Workday PSA implementations
• Strong consulting background with experience running workshops and engaging senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial acumen with experience in managing delivery risk and client expectations
• Track record of successful delivery in fast-paced environments
• Active involvement in the Workday ecosystem and a passion for innovation
