Workday Functional Lead - Remote

Overview

The Workday Functional Lead will collaborate with the Workday Team Lead and business partners to configure and maintain Workday, providing best-in-class solutions for complex business needs.

In Short

• Manage and implement Workday system functionality.
• Provide consultation to business partners and build domain knowledge.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday capabilities.
• Evaluate releases to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design and maintain system configuration.
• Support business activities conducted in Workday.
• Assist in testing integrations and security.
• Participate in annual audit activities.
• Work with finance partners on designated areas in Workday.
• Participate in special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Workday FINS experience preferred.
• Understanding of Finance operations and data management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Agility in decision making and planning.
