Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead Workday HRIS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the Workday team, ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of Workday solutions, driving continuous improvement in HR processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, customer centricity and innovation within the team.

In Short

• Lead and manage the Workday team, providing guidance and support in priority setting.
• Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Workday modules.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Workday system.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows and user guides.
• Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and new features.
• Manage the relationship with the external agency for high-quality services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven hands-on experience with Workday configuration and implementations.
• Workday certifications for various modules.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices in Workday.
• Experience in leadership and team management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
