• Gain practical experience in Employer Branding, Social Media, and Recruiting.
• Support the Talent Acquisition Team in content creation.
• Maintain the career page and update content via a CMS.
• Assist in organizing Employer Branding events.
• Manage the employee referral program.
• Monitor and improve employer ratings on platforms like Kununu and Glassdoor.
• Participate in HR and recruiting projects.
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Team.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a relevant degree program, e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Communication Sciences, or Human Resource Management.
• Interest in Employer Branding, Social Media, and Recruiting.
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) is a plus.
• Creativity and writing skills for social media posts and internal communication.
• Structured, independent, and proactive working style.
• First experiences in HR, Marketing, or Communication are a plus.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
