Senior Instructional Designer - Remote

In addition to our recent growth in Federal Civilian agencies, we are seeking to expand our capabilities in cloud development and footprint in national-security focused agencies within the Department of Defense and U.S. Intelligence Community.

In Short

• Leads the design and development of comprehensive learning solutions for complex Social Security policies and procedures.
• Conducts needs assessments, creates instructional strategies, and develops curriculum that meets federal training standards.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of learning materials and delivery methods.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field with 7+ years of experience.
• Expert knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, and other instructional design methodologies approved for federal use.
• Experience designing training for complex government policies and procedures (benefits, healthcare, disability).
• Proficiency in federal-approved authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, or government-sanctioned platforms).
• Security clearance eligibility and experience with controlled unclassified information (CUI) handling.
