In Short

• Design, extend and optimize a large-scale, highly scalable, and fault-tolerant system.
• Architect and implement Security products to protect customer data.
• Solve real-world scaling problems with performance analysis and troubleshooting.
• Work with a modern microservices-based software stack including Go, Kubernetes, and more.
• Write secure-by-design hardened software for real-world attacks.

Requirements

• Strong track record in building backends used at scale.
• Experience developing large applications in Go, Java, C#, Scala, Kotlin, or Rust.
• Knowledge of large-scale databases and GCP services.
• Experience with profiling and optimizing distributed code.
• Hands-on experience with microservices and Kubernetes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Customer-centric mindset and enjoy direct feedback.
• Located in Bucharest or Cluj, Romania.
