Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• 8-10 years in a leadership role (Director, VP, or C-Level).
• Proven M&A experience in an HR executive capacity.
• 3+ years leading remote, global teams.
• Demonstrated success in building performance-driven cultures.
• Strong financial literacy.
