Overview

The Area Sales Director (ASD) at CVRx is responsible for leading the sales activities in the U.S. for the growth and execution of commercial strategies within the assigned region, ensuring the best interests of patients are prioritized.

In Short

  • Lead and manage commercial field employees in the assigned region.
  • Identify high-performing commercial accounts for CVRx’s therapy.
  • Develop relationships with key site personnel and physicians.
  • Adhere to sales management processes and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Provide technical support for implants and follow-up activities.
  • Target and profile potential customers for CVRx’s devices.
  • Present CVRx’s devices to various medical professionals.
  • Facilitate training programs to meet objectives.
  • Ensure timely activation of commercial sites.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales management within the medical field.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to leverage data insights for strategic planning.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Technical knowledge of medical devices and therapies.
  • Ability to train and mentor team members.

  • Ability to travel within the assigned region as required.
